Velvet White Shop – Return & Refund Policy

At Velvet White Shop, every product is handmade with love and care in Greece. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our return policy below.

🕒 Return Period

You may request a return within 14 days from the date you received your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

    • In its original packaging.

  • This policy don't  apply for personalized products ( such as canopies that are made to specific measurements to fit the bed).

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

💌 How to Request a Return

Please contact us at info@velvetwhite.gr before sending any item back.
We’ll provide you with the correct return address and further instructions.

Returns sent without prior communication may not be accepted.

💶 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • We reserve the right to deduct any applicable restocking or transaction fees if necessary.

🎁 Exchanges

We are happy to exchange an item if it arrives damaged or defective.
Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are handmade and often personalized, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom or personalized orders (including name embroidery or special fabric combinations)

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
